Instructions
Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar in a small bowl until well combined. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch pie pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth. Add marshmallow fluff and vanilla extract, mix well.
In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into cream cheese mixture.
Pour mixture over prepared crust and smooth with a spatula. Chill for at least 4 hours until set.
Spread marshmallow whipped cream over the cheesecake and garnish with mini marshmallows and crushed graham crackers.
Notes
For a toasted marshmallow effect, use a kitchen torch to lightly brown the marshmallow whipped cream topping.
