Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Stir in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and uncooked penne pasta. Season with salt and pepper.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to a simmer. Cook for 18 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked through.
Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
