Ingredients
  

Chocolate Oreo Cinnamon Roll Filling:

  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp black cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos

Oreo Cinnamon Roll Dough:

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour + up to 1/2 cup additional flour
  • 2 tsp or 1 packet instant dry yeast
  • 1 tsp fine salt
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 cup crushed Oreos

Vanilla Glaze:

  • 1 Tbsp unsalted butter room temperature
  • 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 Tbsp whole milk
  • 1 tsp artificial vanilla extract

Instructions
 

Chocolate Oreo Cinnamon Roll Filling:

  • - Mix brown sugar, black cocoa powder, and ground cinnamon in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Oreo Cinnamon Roll Dough:

  • - Preheat your oven to 200°F (95°C).
  • - In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine flour, yeast, and salt.
  • - In a microwave-safe bowl, warm milk, softened butter, and granulated sugar. Stir to combine.
  • - Gradually add the warm milk mixture to the flour mixture. Mix with a dough hook until a dough forms.
  • - Add the egg and mix until elastic. Gradually add extra flour until the dough is tacky but not sticky.
  • - Mix in crushed Oreos until incorporated. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.
  • - Roll the dough into a 12x18-inch rectangle. Spread butter, sprinkle filling, and crushed Oreos. Roll tightly and cut into 9 pieces.
  • - Place in a greased square pan and let rise in the warm oven for 30 minutes.
  • - Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake the rolls for 26-30 minutes until golden brown.

Vanilla Cinnamon Roll Glaze:

  • - Mix butter, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • - Let the cinnamon rolls cool, then drizzle with glaze. Garnish with chopped Oreos and serve warm.
