  • 2 lbs 900g chicken wings
  • 1 cup 240ml peach preserves
  • 1/4 cup 60ml soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp 30ml apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp 3g ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peach preserves, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the mixture thickens slightly.
  • Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Brush the peach glaze generously over the chicken wings, reserving some for later.
  • Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through, turning them halfway through and basting with more glaze.
  • Once the chicken wings are cooked, brush them with the remaining peach glaze.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the peach glaze.
