Instructions
In a mixing bowl, blend the peanut butter and melted butter using a hand or stand mixer until smooth and well combined.
Mix in the Rice Krispies until they are evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
Add the powdered sugar gradually, continuing to mix until it is fully incorporated.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Use a cookie scoop to form peanut butter balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
Roll the balls gently with your hands and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set properly.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, making sure they are fully coated.
Chill the chocolate-coated balls again until the chocolate is firm.
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer for a few weeks.
