  • 1 cup creamy no-stir peanut butter
  • 3 tablespoons salted butter, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2.5 cups rice krispies cereal
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips or chocolate melting wafers

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, blend the peanut butter and melted butter using a hand or stand mixer until smooth and well combined.
  • Mix in the Rice Krispies until they are evenly coated with the peanut butter mixture.
  • Add the powdered sugar gradually, continuing to mix until it is fully incorporated.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Use a cookie scoop to form peanut butter balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Roll the balls gently with your hands and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow them to set properly.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave until smooth.
  • Dip each peanut butter ball into the melted chocolate, making sure they are fully coated.
  • Chill the chocolate-coated balls again until the chocolate is firm.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for a few days or in the freezer for a few weeks.
