Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 13x9-inch baking pan with baking spray.
Pecan Mixture:
- In a large bowl, combine the lightly beaten eggs, brown sugar, salted caramel topping, caramel topping, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Fold in the pecans and stir until evenly combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Cake Topping:
- In another bowl, mix the cake mix and melted butter until crumbly. Sprinkle the cake mix crumbles evenly over the pecan filling.
Bake for 25-30 minutes at 350°F until the top is golden brown. Allow it to cool for 15-20 minutes.
Garnish:
- Sprinkle 1/2 cup of crushed or halved pecans on top. Drizzle with salted caramel topping.
