  • 5 cups full-fat Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla
  • 4 scoops chocolate protein powder approximately 2 to 3 tablespoons per scoop
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and well combined.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let the pudding chill for at least one hour to allow it to thicken properly.
  • When you’re ready to enjoy your pudding, give it a good stir. Serve it in individual bowls and top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and fresh berries if desired.

Notes

For a richer flavor, consider adding a sprinkle of sea salt or a dash of cinnamon to the pudding before refrigerating.
