Instructions
In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chocolate protein powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Whisk the mixture until it is smooth and well combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and place it in the refrigerator. Let the pudding chill for at least one hour to allow it to thicken properly.
When you’re ready to enjoy your pudding, give it a good stir. Serve it in individual bowls and top with whipped cream, shaved chocolate, and fresh berries if desired.
