Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish.
In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, white chocolate chips, and caramel sauce. Mix well.
Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.
In another bowl, mix the brown sugar, flour, oats, and cold cubed butter. Use your fingers to combine the ingredients until crumbly.
Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the pumpkin filling in the pie crust.
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the streusel is golden brown.
Once baked, let the pie cool before slicing and serving.
Notes
For an extra touch, drizzle some additional caramel sauce on top before serving.
