  • 1 pre-made pie crust pre-made pie crust
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 2 white chocolate chips
  • 1 4 caramel sauce
  • 1 2 brown sugar
  • 1 4 all-purpose flour
  • 1 4 rolled oats
  • 1 4 unsalted butter, cold and cubed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the pre-made pie crust in a pie dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, white chocolate chips, and caramel sauce. Mix well.
  • Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pie crust, spreading it evenly.
  • In another bowl, mix the brown sugar, flour, oats, and cold cubed butter. Use your fingers to combine the ingredients until crumbly.
  • Sprinkle the streusel mixture over the pumpkin filling in the pie crust.
  • Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the streusel is golden brown.
  • Once baked, let the pie cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For an extra touch, drizzle some additional caramel sauce on top before serving.
