Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350℉ (175°C) and line a 9x9 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
Prepare the brownie batter according to the package instructions in a mixing bowl. Stir in the chocolate chips.
In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add pumpkin, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Spread 3/4 of the brownie batter in the prepared pan. Then spread the pumpkin-cream cheese batter over it.
Add the remaining brownie batter in small spoonfuls over the pumpkin layer. Swirl the batters together with a knife.
Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Sprinkle flaky salt on top.
Let the brownies cool on a wire rack before cutting into 16 pieces.
