Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
In another bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger. Pour this mixture over the crust.
Sprinkle the shredded coconut, chocolate chips, and chopped pecans over the pumpkin layer.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting into squares.
Notes
For a festive touch, sprinkle some powdered sugar on top before serving.
