  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1 can 100% pure pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 serving whipped cream for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, whip the heavy cream until medium stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes.
  • In another bowl, whisk together pumpkin puree and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  • Whisk in the pudding mix, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream.
  • Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
  • Divide into portions and garnish as desired.

Notes

For a festive touch, consider adding a sprinkle of nutmeg or a drizzle of caramel sauce on top of the mousse.
