Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix the pumpkin pie filling, egg yolk, and pumpkin pie spice.
Unroll the crescent rolls and place about 1 slightly heaping tablespoon of the pumpkin mix on each crescent.
Roll up the crescents, starting from the large end, and pinch the sides slightly to keep the filling inside.
Set them on the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
While the crescent rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by combining the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
Allow the crescent rolls to cool on the pan for 10 minutes, then drizzle the glaze over the crescent rolls.
Notes
For a festive touch, sprinkle some chopped nuts or cinnamon on top of the glaze before serving.
