Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 0.5 cup canned pumpkin pie filling
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 0.5 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Glaze Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon milk adjust for consistency

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the pumpkin pie filling, egg yolk, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Unroll the crescent rolls and place about 1 slightly heaping tablespoon of the pumpkin mix on each crescent.
  • Roll up the crescents, starting from the large end, and pinch the sides slightly to keep the filling inside.
  • Set them on the prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  • While the crescent rolls are baking, prepare the glaze by combining the powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk until smooth.
  • Allow the crescent rolls to cool on the pan for 10 minutes, then drizzle the glaze over the crescent rolls.

Notes

For a festive touch, sprinkle some chopped nuts or cinnamon on top of the glaze before serving.
