6ozroasted peppers, chopped(see note)

3.75ozheavy cream
4ozParmesan cheese, grated
to tastesalt and pepper
to garnishchopped parsley
Instructions
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the tilapia fillets and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and set aside.
