Instructions
In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, cherry tomatoes, green onions, olives, cheddar cheese, and bacon.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise and ranch seasoning until well combined.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the salad ingredients and toss until everything is evenly coated.
Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 2 hours before serving. It tastes even better the next day and can be made in advance.
