Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 medium cauliflower, sliced into small florets or 1/2" thick steaks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 tsp garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp salt, or to taste
  • 0.25 tsp ground paprika
  • 0.25 tsp ground black pepper, or to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Slice the cauliflower into 1/2" thick steaks or break it into bite-sized florets.
  • Place the cauliflower in the center of the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and melted butter, then toss to coat.
  • In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, salt, paprika, and black pepper. Sprinkle this seasoning mixture over the cauliflower and toss again.
  • Spread the cauliflower evenly on the baking sheet. Bake at 425°F (220°C) for 15-20 minutes.
  • For added flavor, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the cauliflower during the last 5 minutes of baking.
