  • 1 lb hot sausage, uncooked
  • 1 package cream cheese, softened 8 oz
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained 10 oz
  • 1.5 cups Bisquick
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
  • In the bowl of an electric stand mixer, combine hot sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, Bisquick, and Mexican cheese blend. Mix until well combined.
  • Scoop the sausage mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • Bake for 18-20 minutes or until browned. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.

Notes

For a spicier kick, consider using hot Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.
