Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400ºF (200ºC).
In the bowl of an electric stand mixer, combine hot sausage, cream cheese, Rotel, Bisquick, and Mexican cheese blend. Mix until well combined.
Scoop the sausage mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
Bake for 18-20 minutes or until browned. Keep an eye on them to avoid overcooking.
Notes
For a spicier kick, consider using hot Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies.
