  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 3.75 oz ketchup
  • 0.25 cup water
  • 3 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 0.25 tsp salt
  • 12 oz biscuits cut into quarters
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the skillet with the beef. Simmer for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and transfer the meat mixture to a medium bowl.
  • Add the quartered biscuits to the bowl with the meat mixture and toss until well combined.
  • Pour the biscuit and meat mixture into the prepared baking pan.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 28-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  • Once done, remove from the oven and serve hot!

Notes

You can customize this dish by adding your favorite herbs or spices to the meat mixture for extra flavor.
