Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs white almond bark broken into squares
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 4 oz German sweet chocolate broken into squares
  • 32 oz dry roasted peanuts
  • Holiday sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Optionally, lightly spray the slow cooker insert with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Place white almond bark, semisweet chocolate chips, and German chocolate in the slow cooker.
  • Cover with a clean kitchen towel and the lid. Cook on HIGH for 1 hour.
  • Reduce heat to LOW and cook for another hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes until chocolate is melted.
  • Remove lid and towel, add peanuts, and mix well.
  • Line baking sheets with wax paper. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the paper.
  • Add sprinkles if desired.
  • Refrigerate clusters for 30 minutes to 1 hour until set.
  • If refrigeration isn't possible, let them cool at room temperature.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool place.

Notes

For a festive touch, try adding crushed candy canes or chopped dried fruit to the clusters.
