Instructions
In a bowl, mix the chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, lime juice, and lime zest.
Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker and pour the liquid mixture over them.
Cook on HIGH for 3-4 hours or on LOW for 5-6 hours.
Using two forks, shred the chicken in the slow cooker within the liquid.
Add the chopped cilantro and stir well. Adjust with more lime juice to taste.
