Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 packet ranch dressing seasoning (1.5-ounce)
  • 1 packet au jus gravy mix (1-ounce)

  • Place the diced sirloin steak at the bottom of a 5-quart or larger slow cooker.
  • Evenly sprinkle the ranch dressing seasoning and au jus gravy mix over the steak pieces.
  • Add the sliced pats of butter on top of the steak.
  • Place the pepperoncini peppers on top, slicing them for extra heat if desired.
  • Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
  • Serve warm over mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes

For a little extra kick, you can slice the pepperoncini peppers before adding them to the slow cooker. This dish pairs wonderfully with a side of steamed vegetables for a complete meal.
