Main Ingredients

  • 1 pound smoked sausage
  • 8 ounces white cheddar cheese cut into cubes
  • 15 ounces whole cranberry sauce 1 can
  • 1 tablespoon parsley snipped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the white cheddar cheese into 30 same-size cubes.
  • Slice the smoked sausage link into 1/2-inch pieces and arrange them in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake the sausage slices for 15-20 minutes until they begin to brown around the edges.
  • Once cooked, place a cube of white cheddar cheese on top of each sausage slice.
  • Add a whole cranberry on top of each cheese cube and skewer them through the top into the sausage.
  • Transfer the assembled bites to a serving platter and sprinkle them with snipped parsley.

Notes

For a festive touch, consider using toothpicks with decorative ends for skewering.
