  • 1 lb beef steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add the sliced beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Toss in the mixed vegetables and continue to stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until they are slightly tender.
  • Push the beef and vegetables to the side of the skillet, then add the cooked rice to the center.
  • Pour the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice. Mix everything together and cook for another 2-3 minutes to heat the rice through.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir everything together until well combined.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot.

Notes

Feel free to customize the vegetables based on your preferences. You can add a sprinkle of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
