Instructions
In a medium saucepan, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, strawberry Jello mix, and water. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
Remove the saucepan from the heat and pour the mixture into a large mixing bowl. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap.
Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours or overnight until it firms up.
Once the mixture has thickened, use a handheld mixer to beat it until creamy.
Gently fold in the Cool Whip, mini marshmallows, and sliced strawberries using a rubber spatula.
Notes
For added texture, you can sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top before serving.
