Instructions
In a medium bowl, remove the egg yolks and mash them well with a fork.
Stir in mayonnaise, 1 teaspoon of red pepper jelly, dry mustard, cayenne pepper, and salt until the mixture is smooth.
Spoon the egg yolk filling into the egg white halves.
Top each filled egg with about 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper jelly and sprinkle with crumbled bacon.
