  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 bunch green onions white parts minced, green parts 1-inch pieces
  • 2 medium cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 3.75 ounces sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 9 ounces ramen or rice noodles cooked according to package instructions
  • sesame seeds for topping
  • red pepper flakes for topping

Instructions
 

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add sesame oil and swirl to coat the bottom.
  • Add ground chicken and the white parts of the green onion to the pan. Cook over medium-high heat until the chicken is no longer pink, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic, grated ginger, and the green parts of the green onion. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  • In a small bowl, combine sweet chili sauce, light brown sugar, low-sodium soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Mix well.
  • Toss the sauce and the cooked ramen or rice noodles into the ground chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes until the noodles are bubbly and coated in the sauce.
  • Season noodles with salt and pepper to taste if needed and garnish with sesame seeds and red pepper flakes before serving.
  • Serve warm and enjoy your delightful meal!
