Instructions
Place the frozen meatballs in a greased slow cooker. Make sure to spread them out evenly for even cooking.
Add the diced onion, sweet chili sauce, ketchup, rice vinegar, honey, toasted sesame oil, soy sauce, ground ginger, and the chopped red bell pepper. Stir well to combine.
Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or on high for 2-3 hours. If you’re short on time, the high setting is a great option!
Stir in the diced red pepper and cook for an additional 30 minutes. This adds a fresh crunch to the dish.
Serve with a sprinkle of red chili flakes, sesame seeds, and green onions if desired. These garnishes add a beautiful finish and extra flavor!
Notes
These meatballs are great served over rice or noodles. For a spicier kick, add more red chili flakes or a dash of hot sauce.
