  • 16 ounces frozen corn
  • 2 ounces cream cheese cut into chunks
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter and honey together.
  • Add the frozen corn to the skillet and cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring occasionally until the corn is heated through.
  • Stir in the cream cheese, salt, and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring until the cream cheese is melted.
  • Serve immediately, and store leftovers in the fridge.

Notes

For a twist, try adding a sprinkle of paprika or chili powder for some extra flavor.
