kielbasa sausage, sliced

Instructions
In a large Dutch oven over medium heat, sauté the onion until translucent.
Add the ground beef and cook until no longer pink.
Stir in the sliced sausage.
Add the drained tomatoes, pinto beans with liquid, corn, potatoes, diced tomatoes with chiles, and mixed vegetables. Mix well.
Season with ground cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour in the water and bring the stew to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally.
Notes
This stew can be served with a dollop of sour cream or shredded cheese on top. Feel free to adjust the spices to suit your taste preferences.
