Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1-2 red chili peppers sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sliced chili peppers, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  • Add sliced chicken breast, cook until no longer pink.
  • Stir in bell pepper slices and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Add fresh basil leaves, stir until wilted.
  • Remove from heat and serve hot over steamed rice.

- You can adjust the spice level by adding more or fewer chili peppers.
- Feel free to substitute chicken with beef or tofu for a different variation.
