Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cans refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
  • 0.5 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 0.25 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in a circle on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring the wide ends overlap and the points face outward.
  • In a large bowl, mix together the shredded turkey, cranberry sauce, mozzarella cheese, fresh parsley, chopped pecans, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined. This mixture is the star of the dish!
  • Spoon the turkey mixture onto the wide ends of the crescent dough triangles, being careful not to overfill.
  • Fold the pointed ends of the triangles over the filling, tucking them under the wide ends to form a ring. This step is crucial for holding everything together.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crescent dough is golden brown and cooked through. The kitchen will smell amazing during this time!
  • Let the crescent ring cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. This dish is best enjoyed warm.

Notes

You can customize the filling by adding ingredients like cooked bacon, caramelized onions, or different types of cheese. Serve the crescent ring with a side of gravy or extra cranberry sauce for dipping.
