  • 1.25 pounds Ground Turkey
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach, chopped
  • 0.5 cup Feta Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 6 ounces Green Salad Mix
  • 1 bottle Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, egg, chopped spinach, feta, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper until well combined. Use your hands to ensure everything is mixed evenly.
  • Shape the mixture into 6 patties and set them aside.
  • Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Make sure the oil is hot enough before adding the patties to achieve a nice browning.
  • Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are browned. Avoid overcrowding the skillet; cook in batches if necessary.
  • Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Remove the patties from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  • Serve the patties with green salad mix and a drizzle of Primal Kitchen Green Goddess Salad Dressing. For extra flavor, consider adding a squeeze of lemon juice over the patties before serving.
