  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 4 slices cooked bacon chopped
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries chopped
  • 2-3 green onions sliced
  • 3 whole-wheat tortillas
  • 4 ounces deli-style turkey slices

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped beef bacon, dried cranberries, and sliced green onions until smooth and well combined.
  • Spread this mixture evenly onto the whole-wheat tortillas, leaving about a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
  • Place a layer of deli-style turkey slices on top of the cream cheese mixture on each tortilla.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly.
  • Place the rolled tortillas on a plate and cover them with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours, to allow them to set.
  • Before serving, slice the chilled tortilla rolls into pinwheels and secure each slice with a toothpick.

Notes

For a twist, you can add a layer of fresh spinach leaves or shredded carrots before rolling up the tortillas for added color and crunch.
