Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground turkey
  • 6 ounces dried stuffing mix
  • 2 large eggs, cracked and whisked
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh sage
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh rosemary
  • 14 ounces whole berry cranberry sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, parchment paper, or a Silpat liner. If using foil, lightly spray it with nonstick spray.
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, dried stuffing mix, whisked eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, sage, thyme, and rosemary. Make sure to mix them gently until well combined.
  • Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a loaf, approximately 12x8 inches in size.
  • Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread half of the cranberry sauce over the top.
  • Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
  • Once done, check the center of the meatloaf to ensure it has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
