Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a rimmed baking sheet with foil, parchment paper, or a Silpat liner. If using foil, lightly spray it with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, dried stuffing mix, whisked eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, sage, thyme, and rosemary. Make sure to mix them gently until well combined.
Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a loaf, approximately 12x8 inches in size.
Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, remove the meatloaf from the oven and spread half of the cranberry sauce over the top.
Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
Once done, check the center of the meatloaf to ensure it has reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Let the meatloaf rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with the remaining cranberry sauce on the side.
Notes
For added flavor, consider mixing in some chopped onions or bell peppers. No alcoholic drinks allowed, please substitute with a non-alcoholic option.
