  • 1 package snickerdoodle cookie mix 17.5 oz
  • 0.5 cup salted butter melted
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 can apple pie filling 21 oz
  • 3 tbsp caramel topping
  • 2 tsp cinnamon sugar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease an 8-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • In a small bowl, combine the snickerdoodle cookie mix, melted butter, and egg until well mixed.
  • Spread half of the dough in small spoonfuls across the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Sprinkle 1 tsp of cinnamon sugar over the dough.
  • Spread the apple pie filling over the bottom layer.
  • Add the remaining cookie dough in small spoonfuls across the top.
  • Sprinkle the remaining 1 tsp of cinnamon sugar over the top and drizzle with caramel topping.
  • Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
  • Serve topped with ice cream for a delightful treat.

Notes

For an extra touch, consider adding a handful of chopped nuts or a dollop of whipped cream on top before serving.
