  • 1 pound cooked and chopped bacon About 1 ¼ cup
  • 3 cup cooked and shredded chicken About 2-3 chicken breasts
  • 6 jalapeños, deseeded and diced About 1 ½ cups
  • 2 8-ounce packages cream cheese Softened
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup minced green onion

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  • Add the cooked chicken, ¾ cup of bacon, and 1 cup of diced jalapeños to the cream cheese mixture. Stir until well combined.
  • Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish. Top it off with shredded cheddar cheese, the remaining ½ cup of bacon, and ½ cup of jalapeños.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is heated through and the cheese is bubbly and melted on top.
  • Once done, remove the casserole from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle minced green onions over the top before serving.

Notes

For a milder version, reduce the amount of jalapeños used. You can also customize by adding more spices or toppings to suit your taste.
