Instructions
Whisk together cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla pudding mix until dissolved. Refrigerate to set.
Whip the whipping cream until firm peaks form.
Fold pudding mixture into the whipped cream until combined.
Spread half of the pudding mixture into a 9x13" dish.
Slice bananas and layer on top of pudding.
Crumble Biscoff cookies over the banana layer.
Add remaining pudding mixture on top.
Add remaining Biscoff cookies and banana slices as garnish.
Chill the pudding for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve directly or portion into smaller containers.
Notes
For a twist, try adding a layer of caramel sauce between the pudding and banana layers for extra flavor.
