Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups cold milk
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding mix (3.5 oz)
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 26 cookies Biscoff cookies
  • 4 large ripe bananas

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together cold milk, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla pudding mix until dissolved. Refrigerate to set.
  • Whip the whipping cream until firm peaks form.
  • Fold pudding mixture into the whipped cream until combined.
  • Spread half of the pudding mixture into a 9x13" dish.
  • Slice bananas and layer on top of pudding.
  • Crumble Biscoff cookies over the banana layer.
  • Add remaining pudding mixture on top.
  • Add remaining Biscoff cookies and banana slices as garnish.
  • Chill the pudding for at least 2 hours before serving.
  • Serve directly or portion into smaller containers.

Notes

For a twist, try adding a layer of caramel sauce between the pudding and banana layers for extra flavor.
