cooled and peeled

mayonnaise

yellow mustard or Dijon mustard

green onion

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Halve the hard-boiled eggs and place the yolks in a bowl.
Finely chop the egg whites and set them aside.
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Add the chopped egg whites, green onion, celery, and dill. Mix thoroughly.
Serve the deviled egg mixture on bread or over lettuce.
